Q: When will my order ship?

A: Nobody likes to wait forever to recieve their order, we do not mass produce so most orders are made at our studio when the order is placed, so we ship within 3 business days. If your order is huge or its a holiday, we may take 5 business days.

Q: I recieved a notification that my order was shipped, but why am I not seeing my tracking info?

A: You recieved an email notification when we created your shipping label, but your tracking info won't be updated until it's scanned and received by the shipping carrier, hold tight, it's coming.

Q: I saw one of your items on Facebook that I wanted to purchase, but now I can't find it in your store, how can I get it?

A: Sometimes some of the fabrics buy, our suppliers dont not restock that fabric, so it would no longer be available. If a product is still listed on our site but has a sold out button, it will most likely be restocked, so you can check back soon.

Q: Can I request a custom item?

A: Yes, to do so please fill in the " Custom Orders" form.
