Returns Policy

You may return most items in 
their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or online store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.

Body products are non returnable and non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA USPS IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED. 

 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

By purchasing our products, you agree to the following:

  • You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once it leaves Wrap With Jahfya's offices and you're provided with a tracking number. 
  •  If you live outside of the USA and US territories, you may be subject to import and duty fees. 

Please note: Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal services to see if their items have arrived to any country outside of the United States. Once the package leaves the offices of Wrap With Jahfya, and the customer is provided with a tracking number, Wrap With Jahfya no longer has control of the the item. If any item is marked as "delivered", Wrap With Jahfya will not process a refund for the item. If a package is returned to Wrap With Jahfya because it was marked as "unclaimed", Wrap With Jahfya will process a refund (minus the shipping costs) for the item(s). 

Unclaimed mail: If an item is returned to us because it is unclaimed, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund owed. 

Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out, and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed. If a package is tracked as "Delivered", Wrap With Jahfya will not process a refund for that package. 

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, and additional two weeks for your order to be delivered. Most orders are delivered before then, but we like to be safe!

Customs Duty and import VAT: basics

If you’re ordering goods online for your own personal use, it’s important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery. What’s due depends on the type of goods and where they come from.
